Proof of Age Required

To ensure that all persons purchasing are of legal smoking age*, we use Canada Post Proof of Age for every order. The signing recipient must provide valid proof of age and identity; and the shipping name should match the billing name as well as the name on the credit card or method of payment used.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show identification and leave a signature to recover the package.

Free Shipping

We offer free expedited shipping on all orders in Canada of value $60.00 or more.

In the event your item is not successfully delivered due to one of the following issues:  wrong address provided, failure to pick up, we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if it was free for you), and the fees for the return shipment that we were charged by the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible to.

Order Processing Times

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment; and most of the time we are able to dispatch orders same day if received before 13h00 PST.

During periods of high order volume, some orders make take up to 72 hours to be processed and fulfilled. In most cases where your order takes longer than 48 hours to be processed, you will receive a communication from us with an offer of store credit (usually 10-15$) as compensation for the longer than usual processing time. 


Damaged products

All products that are damaged are entitled to a 1:1 exchange within the first thirty (30) days following receipt of the item as per the tracking information provided during purchase. If a product has been shipped to you damaged or defective, please take a picture of it right away! Contact one of our Support Team Specialists at with your order information as well as a description of the issue encountered & we will diligently work to resolve it.

Due to the consumable nature of the products sold, we handle return and exchange requests on a case by case basis.
